This report provides a summary of the Oldham Strategic Investment Framework (SIF) refresh and sector requirements review study, carried out by AMION Consulting and Keppie Massie.
It draws together the results of the previous stages:
Stage 1 – a review of priority sectors for Oldham, reflecting changes in strategic objectives at the national and Greater Manchester levels and updated socio-economic data.
Stage 2 – a review of the land and property requirements for each sector mapped against key employment sites within the Borough.
This report should be read in conjunction with the Stage 1 and 2 Reports, as well as the 2016 SIF.
