The Retail and Leisure Study was prepared by Stantec on behalf of Oldham Council.
It is intended to form a key evidence base document to inform the review of the Local Plan, which will cover the period to 2037.
The study provides a qualitative analysis of the existing retail and leisure facilities within Oldham Borough, and a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the need for new retail and leisure facilities.
